United in Prayer

Friends,

We have been invited by the School Sisters of Notre Dame (St. Louis) to join with religious congregations, friends, family, associates, and co-workers in a collaborative "Day of Prayer" on November 3rd - Election Day in the United States.

"We believe there is an urgent need in our country as the political discourse continues to incite and divide us. With you and your congregation, we would like to promote unity, through prayer, for peace on Election Day."

We have accepted this invitation, and are asking all of you to set aside from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm on November 3rd, and join others to pray specifically "for peace in our country, for the safety of all poll workers, and the safety of those who are voting today."
