It's Sunday morning, and I'm watching Sunday Morning on CBS.

I'm watching a segment about the physical and emotional benefits of music and the arts. This is something I intuit; I know it in my bones.

This is, was, part of my passion and vision for the Heritage Center: providing opportunities to the community, especially my Sisters, to engage in music, the arts, prayer, with the community, for physical, emotional and spiritual health.

I've done what I can; I wish I could do more. In any case, I invite you to one of the Caritas Concerts taking place in the Chapel of the Incarnate Word this afternoon (March 30, 2025) at 3:00 pm - a performace of choral music by the San Antonio Chamber Choir.
